On-Location Portrait Session
Sugar Sands Photography offers a two hour On-Location Photography Session at a location of your choice (within 30miles of Fort Walton Beach). Each portrait will undergo a preliminary edit, in which your proofs will be cropped and color enhanced.
Two weeks after the photography session, your proofs will be made available for on-line viewing in a password protected gallery. After making your final portrait selection, your portraits will undergo a final edit in which blemishes, stray hairs or other distractions will be removed.
All Sugar Sands portraits are custom printed on heirloom quality paper that will last a lifetime. These high quality prints offer image stability of more than 100 years before noticeable fading occurs in the typical home display. The exceptional quality provides our clients with heirloom portraits that will last generations.
Pricing Schedule
Session fee: $100.00 (Prints are extra)
$20.00 non-refundable deposit due at reservation.
$80.00 due the day of the portrait session.
The session fee covers a two hour on-location portrait session and custom editing of each portrait. Prints are extra.

Print Pricing Schedule
50% of your total print order is due at the time of order
50% due on delivery.
Reunions, Conferences, and Large Gatherings
Pricing depends on the support needed. If there is a potential for large package, pricing for general support can be very moderate. We will work with you to come to an agreeable base fee with minimum additional orders. Special package rates will apply.
Digital Images
A disk containing all photos in your gallery with printing rights is available for $500.00, individual digital images with printing rights are available for $60.00 each.
Stock Photos
Low resolution copies of stock photos are available for personal use for $5.00 each.
High resolution copies of stock photos are available for comercial use for $100.00 each.
Restoration
$100.00 Minimum, final price based on time required to complete the project ($25.00 per hour) plus the cost of the desired print at regular prices.
No charge if you are not satisfied with our results or final price. (However you will not get the finished product.)
